Workspaces overview
How workspaces organise your apps and projects, and why ASO Automation and AI Visibility have separate workspaces.

A workspace is a container for the apps (or projects) you track. Use workspaces to keep things apart — for example one workspace per client, brand or product line.
ASO Automation and AI Visibility have separate workspaces
Each module keeps its own list of workspaces:
- ASO Automation workspaces hold the store apps you've added, along with their competitors and tracked keywords.
- AI Visibility workspaces hold your AI Visibility projects (websites or mobile apps).
Creating a workspace in one module doesn't create it in the other, and apps added in ASO Automation don't automatically appear in AI Visibility.
Switch workspace
In ASO Automation: go to Home. At the top of the ASO Apps page, use the Workspace dropdown to pick a workspace. The apps table updates to show that workspace's apps.
In AI Visibility: go to Home. At the top of the Projects page, use the workspace dropdown to pick a workspace and see its projects.
Create a workspace
- Go to Home in the module where you want the workspace.
- Click Create Workspace.
- Enter a Workspace name and click Create.
The new workspace appears in the dropdown. Select it and add apps with Add new app (ASO Automation) or Add Project (AI Visibility).
The number of apps and projects you can track depends on your plan, and is counted per module. See Plan limits and the upgrade prompt.
