Create and share reports

Generate client-ready competitor, ranking, visual, ratings and pre/post reports for an app and market, then find and share them later.

Updated September 30, 2026

Reporting turns your app data into ready-made analyses you can share with your team or clients. Each report covers one app, one market and one period. Access to Reporting and the number of reports you can create depend on your plan.

Open it from Insights > Reporting in the side menu.

Report types

ReportWhat it's for
Competitor AnalysisUnderstand your rivals' ASO strategies, strengths and weaknesses: ratings, App Authority, category rankings, keywords, estimated installs and revenue, and in-app purchases.
Ranking AnalysisTrack your app's keyword positions in search: keywords per rank group, visibility over time, and how each keyword's rank and volume changed.
Visual AnalysisCompare your app's visuals and branding with competitors, with each app's screenshot history. Always covers the last 90 days.
Ratings ReportFollow ratings by country, daily rating trends, user sentiment and how you compare with competitors.

Types marked Coming soon aren't available yet.

Step 1: Create a report

  1. On the Reporting page, under Create a report, click the report type you want.
  2. Under App, choose one of your workspace apps (or click Add app to add a new one).
  3. Under Market, select the country and store language.
  4. Under Reporting period, choose a date range or a preset: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last Quarter or Last Year. The period must be longer than one day.
  5. Click Generate report.

The report is generated in the background. It shows as Generating under Recent Reports and changes to Ready when it's done.

If you see "A similar report is already being generated", wait for it to finish before generating the same report again.

Step 2: Open a report

  • Recent Reports on the Reporting page shows the three newest reports. Click Open.
  • Click View all to see Past Reports.

Every report starts with the app, store, country and generation date. Several sections include Comments with generated insights. From an open report, click New report to generate the same report again with different settings.

Past Reports

Past Reports lists every report generated in the workspace under Report History. Filter by app, report type or generation date.

ColumnWhat it shows
GeneratedWhen the report was created.
Period start / Period endThe period the report covers.

Click a completed report to open it. In Actions:

  • Copy report link – copy a link to share the report.
  • Delete report – remove it. This happens immediately, without a confirmation step.

Run a PrePost Analysis after you publish new metadata to show how the update affected your rankings.
