Add an app or website to AI Visibility

A project is the app or website whose presence in AI answers you want to track. You can add a mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, or any website or web app.

Before you start

• Pick the workspace the project should live in, using the workspace selector on the Home page. To create a new one, click Create Workspace, enter a Workspace name and confirm.
• Check your plan's limits: the number of projects, prompts, AI models and competitors depends on your plan. The Prompts Used counter shows prompts tracked across all workspaces on your plan.

Step 1: Start a new project

1. Go to AI Visibility > Home.
2. Click Add Project (or Add project at the top of the side menu).
3. Under "What would you like to add?", choose Website or Mobile App.

Step 2a: Add a website

1. Project Details: enter a Project name and Project URL (for example, https://example.com).
2. Select models: choose the AI models to track. If your plan has a limit, the dialog shows how many you can pick.
3. Add prompts: type a prompt and press Enter or click Add prompt. You can also tick prompts under Suggested prompts (use Select all or Refresh for new ideas).
4. Review: check your selection. Each prompt is tracked across all selected models. Click Create.

You can click Skip on the models and prompts steps and add them later.

Step 2b: Add a mobile app

1. Choose Your App: search for your app on the App Store or Google Play and select it.
2. Select Competitors: pick competitors to compare against.
3. Select Models: choose the AI models to track.
4. Add Prompts: add your own prompts or pick suggestions.
5. Preview: confirm the App name and your prompts, then create the project.

Choose the right name

The project name is used to find mentions in AI answers. Use the name people and chatbots actually use, for example "Babbel" rather than "Babbel - Language Learning".

What happens next

Your project appears under My Projects in the side menu. Prompts are checked against the selected models in the background; the first results show up on the dashboard once answers are collected. To add or edit prompts later, see Track and manage prompts.
