Create your account and sign in

This article covers creating your ASO Agent account, verifying your email address and signing in. The app lives at app.asoagent.com.

Create an account with email

1. Go to app.asoagent.com and click Sign up next to "Don't have an account?".
2. On Create your account, enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
3. Choose a Password and type it again in Confirm Password. Your password needs:
   • At least 6 characters
   • At least one lowercase letter
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • At least one number
   • At least one special character
4. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Click Next.

Verify your email address

After signing up you'll see Verify your email. We send a confirmation email to the address you entered — click the link in it to confirm your account. You need a confirmed email address before you can use the app.

If you were sent an invitation link, the sign-up page shows Complete your invitation instead and your email address is filled in for you. Invited accounts don't need a separate email verification.

Sign in

On the Sign in to ASOAgent page, either:

• Enter your Email Address and Password and click Login, or
• Click Sign in with Google, Sign in with Linked-In or Sign in with Apple and follow the provider's steps.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.
2. On Recover password, enter your email address and click Submit.
3. If an account exists for that address, you'll get an email with a reset link.
4. Open the link, enter your new password twice on Set a new password, and click Reset password.

Sign out

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Logout.
