Updated September 30, 2026
Ratings and Reviews helps you keep an eye on how users rate your app and what they say. It has three tabs: Ratings, Reviews and Sentiment Analysis. It's available for apps in your workspace.
Open an app from My Apps and click Ratings and Reviews in the app's top navigation.
Ratings
The Ratings tab shows rating performance for the country selected in the app header.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Current Rating | Current average rating and Total Ratings in the selected market, with a 1–5 star breakdown. |
| Ratings per suggested countries | Rating distribution across the app's leading markets. Switch between Total and Percentage. |
| Ratings per time | How rating volume and scores changed day by day in a date range you pick (last 30 days by default). How far back you can go depends on your plan. |
| Distribution of ratings per country | Where the app's ratings come from worldwide (App Store only). |
Google Play doesn't consistently provide rating data per country, so some Google Play figures may be unavailable or inaccurate.
Reviews
The Reviews tab lists customer reviews under Customer Reviews. Sort by Most Recent or Oldest, and turn on Translate to read reviews in your language.
Filter reviews
Use the Review Filters panel:
- Rating – a 1–5 star range.
- Search – find reviews by text.
- Developer Response – Any, Replied or No reply.
- Date – a date range.
Click Clear filters to reset. Filters are saved in the page link, so you can share a filtered view with your team.
