The My Apps page
See every app you track in ASO Automation, filter by store, and read the columns of the My Apps table.

The Home page of ASO Automation (titled ASO Apps) lists every app you track in the selected workspace. It's the starting point for opening an app's Store Preview, Keyword Research, ASO Generation and other tools.
Page header
At the top of the page you'll find:
- Workspace selector – switch between your workspaces. Each workspace has its own list of apps.
- Connect & Integrate – opens your connections, where you can connect store accounts and other tools.
- Create Workspace – create a new workspace.
- Add new app – starts the add-app flow. See Add your first app.
Below the header you can filter the list:
- All, iOS or Android – show apps from both stores or just one.
- Search apps – filter by app name, developer name or app ID.
The apps table
Each row is one tracked app. Click a row to open that app.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| App | The app's icon, name and developer. |
| Countries | The flag of the country you track the app in. |
| Categories | The store categories the app is listed in. |
| Niche | The app's niche(s). |
| ASO Localized Languages | The languages the app's store listing is available in, shown as flags. Click a flag to open the app in that country and language. If there are too many to show, a counter reveals the rest. |
| App Authority | A gauge from 0 to 100 that summarizes the app's overall store strength and visibility. Green means above 50, amber means 25–50, and red means below 25. |
| Connections | Connected if the app's store account is connected, otherwise a Connect App button that takes you to your connections. |
To connect your App Store Connect or Google Play Console account, use Connect App in the table or Connect & Integrate at the top of the page.
The My Apps list in the side menu
The side menu also lists your apps under My Apps. Click an app to open it. If you're already on a page inside an app (for example Keyword Research), switching apps keeps you on the same page for the new app. Use the + button next to My Apps, or the Add app button at the top of the menu, to add another app.
Delete an app
- Click the actions button at the end of the app's row in the table, or right-click the app in the side menu.
- Choose Delete.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Deleting an app is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll lose the information on ASOs generated for it and its analysis history.
