Why do I see "Limit reached" or "Not in your plan"?

These prompts appear when a feature isn't in your plan or you've used your plan's allowance.

Updated September 30, 2026

ASO Agent shows an upgrade prompt when your plan doesn't cover what you're trying to do:

  • NOT IN YOUR PLAN – the feature isn't included in your plan, or you don't have a subscription for that module yet.
  • LIMIT REACHED – the feature is included, but you've used your full allowance — for example the number of apps, competitors, tracked keywords or prompts, or your monthly ASO generations or reports.

From the prompt you can upgrade straight away, or click Compare all plans →. You can also free up room by removing apps or competitors you no longer need.

Check your current usage anytime in Settings → Subscription. Learn more in Plan limits and the upgrade prompt.
